SOYLENT LOG 3.1

I now integrate tomatillos into my soups, pizzas, and stir fries. The sour effect cannot be denied. Akin to a lime squeeze at the end, but more subtle. The basic thing for me is a big pot and just throw in lentils and a **** ton of vegetables, with half a bullion cube and some tomato sauce.

These are the kinds of thoughts I have with frequency as I start integrating more and more Soylent into my diet. Oddly, my stomach is full, my mind empty. What is this wonderfood, bioengineered to encompass minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, aminos, and trace elements? Why does it satisfy the stomach, not the mind. Is half of eating oral fixation (a physical need for comfort, through masticatory self soothing.)

Still, I have some lentils soaking.
