On to my second day of only Soylent. Yeah, I finally gained the grit to go all Soylent. I am still not totally convinced, but seem to be mostly full. The way I have found to make Soylent palatable is through blending it with a combination of bananas, pears, nectarines, and apples--although this probably adds quite a few natural sugar calories to what is designed as a one packet = 2,000 calories = one day's food formulation. The main thing is that the fruits add a natural, smoothie flavor to what is otherwise not-so-great flavored glump. (I am sure there are hardcore Soylent users who disagree - was Maltomeal your favorite cereal?).
